The portal allows you to submit 10 artworks at once, but you can even submit more by making a fresh submission. So all you need to do is choose the number of artworks from 1-10 and click on it. It will redirect you to a payment portal and display the final payable amount depending on the number of water paintings you want to submit. 

Remember, that this is an online water art competition, so you just need to enter clear, high-definition images of your artwork. There is no need for you to physically ship your artwork to the online art gallery.
